     Journalism? it is the activity of gathering, assessing, creating, and presenting news and information. It is also the product of these activities. Journalism can be distinguished from other activities and products by certain identifiable characteristics and practices. In journalism there are seven (7) principles which is truthfulness, accuracy and fact-based communications, independence, objectivity, impartiality, fairness, respect for others and public accountability. There is also common elements which is 'journalisms' first obligation is to the truth, first loyalty is to citizens, essence is a discipline of verification, practitioners must maintain an independence those they cover and it must serve as an independent monitor of power.

    In my own understanding about journalism is all about writing, interviewing techniques, communicating and its all about media. Journalism is about collecting information, preparation and distributing of news and related to Electronic media such as magazines, books, blogs, newspapers, podcasts, social media sites, radio, social networking and e-mail as well as through film and television.

    What journalism is important about is that, it can help citizens to provide with the information they need to make the best possible decisions about their lives, their communities, their societies, and their governments. To also inform us of changing events, issues and characters, to bear witness. To serve as a watchdog over those in power to convey a sense of wisdom or context to current events.

    In journalism, the important thing or the most important difference between journalism and other forms of non-fiction writing is the idea of objectivity. Journalist are expected to keep an object mindset at all times as they interview sources, research events, and write and report their stories.

    Journalism's values should be the truth and accuracy. Journalists cannot always guarantee 'truth' but getting the facts right is the cardinal principle of journalism. Independence, fairness and impartiality, humanity and accountability.

    The key skill for journalist must Enthusiasm, stamina, determination, confidence, perseverance, excellent oral or written skills and interpersonal skills.
